  • WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS?

    Our sessions are held outdoors, giving you a fresh and energizing environment to train in. The workouts combine HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and strength exercises in a circuit-style format that’s proven to burn fat, build lean muscle, and boost athleticism.

    Beginners will build a strong foundation, while experienced individuals will be challenged to push further—all with expert guidance and community encouragement every step of the way. If you're looking for real results, accountability, and a team to grow with—this is it.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT!

    We train 4 days a week—Monday through Thursday at 7PM, and each session is only 40 minutes long. All workouts are held outdoors and combine HIIT and strength exercises in a circuit-style format to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and become more athletic.

    You can come once a week or up to all four days—it's flexible to fit your lifestyle. You’ll see results either way, and you’ll always have the support of a strong, encouraging community.
